Noel has extensive experience in many aspects of the financial services industry since he graduated from the University of Limerick in 1991 with a degree in European Studies & Insurance. Noel has completed the associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute among a number of post graduate qualifications. Through continuous professional development he keeps up to date with relevant industry developments and best practise.

Noel is a former chairman of both the Limerick Regional Committee and National Committee of the Life Insurance Association (LIA). He has worked in various management positions for a number of respected financial organisations including Prudential Life of Ireland, Irish Life and Ulster Bank Wealth (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group).
